Judy Annette Lipscomb, 58, of Morgantown, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, Feb. 19, 2023, at Mon Health Medical Center in Morgantown.
She was born Oct. 10, 1964, at Fairmont, a daughter of the late James M. White and Barbara Eddy White.
Mrs. Lipscomb formerly worked at the John Manchin Health Care Center in Fairmont as a cook.
She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Her grandchildren were the light of her life.
Surviving is her husband of 34 years, Larry Lipscomb, whom she married on April 7, 1989; one son, Terry Christopher White, of Blacksville; two daughters, Susan Schemeley, of Westover, and Sandy Lipscomb, of Morgantown; nine grandchildren; one brother, Terry White, (Shirley), of Bunker Hill; and two sisters, Julia Marcia Harris, of Fairmont, and Becky (Ed) Philips, of Morgantown.
Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home, 5894 Mason-Dixon Highway, Blacksville, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 24. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 1 p.m. with Pastor Rob Bennett officiating. Interment will follow in the Olive Cemetery at Pentress.
