- SB 635, to change language concerning indecent exposure and increase the penalties associated with it.
- SB 638, to provide bonuses for unused days of personal leave for school personnel, including professional and service employees.
- SB 640, to require the Division of Highways to develop a formula for allocating road funds among districts, for the benefit of the counties; to require DOH to consider certain factors when developing the formula; and to require DOH to submit the formula to the Legislature for approval as a legislative rule; Sen. Mike Oliverio, R-Monongalia, lead sponsor.
