Brandy Lee Evans, 31 , of Independence, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2023.
Born Feb. 11, 1991, in Roosevelt, Utah, Brandy was a daughter of Craig Evans, of Morgantown, and Tammy Atwood Evans, of Vernal, Utah.
Brandy was preceded in death by her grandparents, as well as her aunt, Cathy.
In addition to her parents, Brandy is survived by her fiancé, William McCuskey; children Haylee, Hunter, Blake, Briar and Aubrey; sisters, Tania and Alicia; and her brother, Aiden. Brandy had a beautiful blended family including her fiancé William’s children, and her family and friends who will dearly miss her.
Brandy will be cremated following a private visitation for only her immediate family. A public memorial service will be announced at a later date with the location and time to be announced.
