Deloris Barr, 91, of Blue Goose Community, Daybrook, died Thursday, Nov. 3, 2022, at her residence.
She was born Oct. 23, 1931, at Daybrook, a daughter of the late Ora Nole Tennant and Virgie Alice McCord Tennant.
Mrs. Barr was a homemaker and a member of the Jakes Run Assembly of God.
Surviving are four sons and their spouses, Rocky Barr and his wife Cathy, of Fairview, Greylyn “Dusty” Barr and his wife Judith, of Blue Goose, Zyndall Barr and his wife Laura “Tiny,” of Blue Goose, and Vance Barr and his wife Kathy, of Morgantown; grandchildren, Shannon Barr and his wife Crystal, Kelly Barr, Derek Barr and his wife Ashley, Cheyenne Barr and her boyfriend, Brian Lemley, Chassidy Riley and her husband Bryan, Fran Orender and her husband Eric, Jamie Wilson and her husband Larry, Joey Kemmer, Katelyn Baker and her husband Sebastian, Megan Barr and Ethan Barr; great-grandchildren, Abigail Baker, Addisyn Baker, Olivia Riley, Mariah Flemming, Jaleseya Rich, Clayton Graham, Dylan Graham, Devan Graham, Hayli McClure, Alexia Wilson, Jeramiah Barr, Tristan Haught, Sheridan Haught, T. J. Barr, Gideon Barr, Stella Barr, Micah Barr, Silas Barr and Callie Barr; one brother and his wife, Ora Dwayne Tennant and his wife Maryann, of Blue Goose; and one sister and her husband, Patricia Miller and Jim, of Shiloh, Ohio.
Mrs. Barr was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leroy Barr; two sisters, Mary Tennant and Willa Josephine Price; and one grandson, Trey Haught.
Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home, 5894 Mason-Dixon Highway, Blacksville, from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11 a.m. on Monday. Interment will follow in the Olive Cemetery at Pentress.
