It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary A. Duelley, 76, of Edgewater, Md., born in Fairmont, who passed away on Dec. 22, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents: Berlin Duelley and Opal Brown Duelley; and his siblings, Roger Duelley and Muriel Wolfe. He is survived by his wife, Dinah J. Duelley; his daughters, Cassandra Martorana, of Hagerstown, Md., Carol Wanner (Scott), of Deale, Md., and Christine Duelley of Edgewater, Md.; his siblings, Edward Duelley, of Sevierville, Tenn., Maysel McCoy, of Garner, N.C., Berlin Duelley, of Bowie, Md., Marlene Cunningham Terry, of Decatur, Ala. (formerly of Idamay), Larry Duelley, of Lorian, Ohio, and Betty Sigley, of Lexington, S.C.; and his grandchildren, Kendel, Jacob Rigglemen, Samantha Duelley and Ryan and Emma Wanner. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
An informal family and friends gathering will be held graveside for burial at Beverly Hills Cemetery, 1290 Fairmont Road, Morgantown, WV 26501, at 1 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 28.
