Does Star City need more recreational opportunities?

If so, town officials want to hear your ideas.
The Town of Star City is updating its comprehensive plan.
The purpose of a comprehensive plan is to identify issues and concerns that are affecting the quality of life for those who live, work and recreate in Star City.
The comprehensive plan will include a detailed set of recommendations outlining specific steps that town officials and other partners can take to address identified issues.
The comprehensive plan identifies land use, community/economic development, transportation, housing and infrastructure issues in Star City.
Citizen input is vital to the planning process. Therefore, an online survey has been created to solicit input from the public. The online survey is designed to take only a few minutes to complete and will help elected officials identify issues and concerns.
The survey can be found online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/TownofStarCity.
People living outside of Star City are also encouraged to take the survey.
Hard copies of the online survey are available at Star City Town Hall, 370 Broadway Ave., Star City.
Completed hard copies of the survey should be returned back to town hall.
Limit one survey per person.
Surveys should be completed and returns by Oct. 14.
