Ricky Lee Palmer, 56, of Dellslow, died Thursday, Aug. 25, 2022, at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital.
Ricky was born on Dec. 21, 1965, in Morgantown, the son of Mary Kay Ayersman Palmer and the late James Nicholas Sr.
In addition to his mother, Ricky is survived by his siblings, Jim and Glenda Palmer Jr., of Morgantown, Jeff and Tara Palmer, Andy Palmer and fiancé Jessica King, and Cheryl and Jerry Hall; stepmother, Shirley Hagedorn, all of Morgantown; several nieces and nephews; and furry friend, Betsy.
In addition to his father, Ricky is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Howard Ayersman and Nick Palmer and his grandmothers, Magdeline “Maggie” Ayersman and Mary Palmer.
In accordance with his wishes, cremation services will be provided by Hastings Funeral Home/Omega Crematory. He will then be inurned at Nicholson Cemetery.
