Margaret Ellen Neese, 79, of Morgantown, passed away peacefully, in her sleep, surrounded by her loved ones on Sunday, July 10, 2022, and is now together again with her husband of 44 years, Tom Neese.
Margaret was born on Feb. 10, 1943, the daughter of the late William and Gertrude Shepherd.
Margaret enjoyed spending time with family and friends, listening to Celtic music, Hallmark movies and church.
Margaret is survived by her sons, Bill Neese and his wife Christine, and Tom Neese and Margaret’s daughter-in-love Amber Smyth; sister, Emogene Pearman and her husband John; grandchildren, Zack, Alyx Fincham and husband Tony, Hunter, Dylan and Preston; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Hastings Funeral Home has been entrusted with cremation arrangements. A gathering of friends and family to honor Margaret’s memory will be held at a later date.
