Rose Ann Sansalone, 79, of Masontown, passed away Friday, June 24, 2022, at Stonerise of Kingwood.
Rose was born in Fairmont, on Nov. 1, 1942, a daughter of the late Frank and Rose Marie (Vessecchia) Schmidt.
She owned and operated Rose Ann’s Beauty Shop in Morgantown and worked at Valley Community Mental Health Center and Wesbanco. Rose was a member of St. Zita Catholic Church in Masontown.
Rose is survived by a brother, Frank Schmidt Jr.; a sister, Judy McCullough; many nieces and nephews; and many great-nieces and -nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Frank Sansalone Jr. and a nephew, Aaron Riley.
Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home in Masontown, from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, July 1, 2022. A funeral liturgy outside of mass will be celebrated at the funeral home at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 2, with Fr. Charles McGinnis as celebrant. Private Interment will follow in the Masontown Cemetery.
