Michael Houston Brammer, 48, of Aurora, formerly of Bruceton Mills, passed away surrounded by his wife and son on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at Mon Health Medical Center in Morgantown.
The son of the late Trooper First Class James T. Brammer and Bonnie Brammer Lee, of Brunswick, Ga., he was born Sept. 12, 1973, in Morgantown.
Mike was well liked in the community and will be missed by his family and friends. He was a utility officer for the Preston County Sheriff’s Office.
He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Debbie Brammer; a son, Tommy Brammer; mother and stepfather, Bonnie and Gene Lee, of Brunswick, Ga.; and a sister and her son, Beth Whited and D.J., of St. Mary’s, Ga.
Family and friends may call at the Carl R. Spear Funeral Home in Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, June 24, and from 10 a.m. until the service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 25 with Pastor Greg Moran officiating. Burial will follow at the Sugar Valley Cemetery in Bruceton Mills.
