Monongalia County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Morgantown man in connection to an April shooting at Northside Hills Apartments.
Levi H. Kelly, 21, has been charged with attempted murder, use of a firearm during a felony and 16 counts of wanton endangerment for each round fired.
The shooting took place just before 2 a.m. April 24 at the apartment complex at 2800 District Drive.
Deputies were dispatched to the scene, where they found two people suffering from gunshot wounds.
Both were transported to the hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Kelly was arraigned in Monongalia County Magistrate Court and bond was set at $250,000.00. He is being held in North Central Regional Jail.
