
Rose Mary Wilson, 89, of Kingwood, died on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at her daughter’s home in Union Bridge, Md.
She was born March 27, 1933, in Flag, (Preston County) a daughter of the late Albert Ward and Faye Belle (Funk) Sigley.
Rose had worked for Sterling Faucet, Kinney Shoe Factory and retired from the Presbyterian Daycare Center in 2002. Rose enjoyed animals and her family, especially the new babies.
She is survived by three sons and spouses, Albert “Ron” and Kathy Wilson, of Colebank, James Wilson, of New Martinsville, and Robert and Carrie Wilson, of Independence; three daughters and spouses, Pam and Ron Kelly, of Bruceton Mills, Michelle and Bobby Ramsburg, of Charleston, and Tonjia and Ed Mayne, of Union Bridge, Md.; 14 grandchildren and spouses, Christy and Jim Tate, Ashley Bowman, Haley and Adam Grogg, Samuel and Brianna Wilson, Michael Ramsburg, Chelsea Holcomb, Joshua and Ruth Mayne, Emma Mayne, Katie and Timothy Thang, Cameron Wilson, Jessica and Matthew King, Cody Wilson, Tyler Wilson and Ryan Wilson; 15 great-grandchildren, Sydney Tate, Spencer Johnson, Sawyer Tate, Gracilyn Bowman, William Bowman, Emmett Bowman, Cora Grogg, Evie Grogg, Seth Grogg, Noah Grogg, Audra Josephine Wilson, Celina Holcomb, Aiden King, Olivia King and Harleigh Ann King; and several nephews and a niece.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, Albert Ronald Wilson Sr.; grandson, Ronald John Kelly; two brothers and spouse, Albert Sigley Jr. and Paul and Hilda Sigley; and one sister and spouse, Wanda and Milton Goff.
The family requests that memorial donations be made in Rose’s memory to the Preston County FFA Alumni, 507 Galloway Road, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525.
Friends may call at the Kingwood Funeral Home and Crematory, formerly Rotruck-Lobb Funeral Home, 295 South Price St., from 11 a.m. on Friday, April 29, until the time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. with Pastor Mike Yoho officiating. Interment will follow at Maplewood Cemetery.
