Darlene Faye Dawson, 74, of Fairmont Road, Morgantown, passed unexpectedly of natural causes on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at her home. She was born on Nov. 5, 1947, in Morgantown, the daughter of Robert Elwood and Sylvia Opal Reed Myers.
Visitation will be held at the Fred Jenkins Funeral Home, from 5-8 p.m. on Monday, April 11, and again from 11 a.m. until the time of services at noon on Tuesday with Pastor Nathaniel Hudson officiating. She will be laid to rest at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens. A complete obituary will appear in Sunday’s paper.
