
Lillian Victoria “Vicky” Dulaney, 78, of Washington, Pa., formerly of Mount Morris, Pa., died at 12:26 a.m., Monday, Jan. 24, 2022, in the U.P.M.C. Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh.
She was born Wednesday, May 5,1943, in Mount Morris, Pa., a daughter of the late Charles L. Dulaney and Addie Marie Johnson Dulaney.
Vicky was a member of the Mount Morris United Methodist Church. She was a graduate of West Virginia University, where she was an alumnus. She enjoyed tennis and riding horses. Vicky especially enjoyed spending time with her great-nephew, Justin Cook, and going to Disney World. Vicky was a certified lay speaker and had a passion to attend Bible studies.
For 35 years, she taught school and for 30 of those years she taught business and typing in the Central Greene School District.
Surviving are two sisters, Dora Mae Cook, of Pittsburgh, and Annabelle Herrington, of Mount Morris, Pa., and several nieces and nephews who she dearly loved.
Deceased are two sisters, Sharon Anne Dulaney and Kathleen Francis, and two brothers, Jimmy Edgar Dulaney and Bobby Rex Delaney.
Friends will be received in the Milliken and Throckmorton FH, Inc. Daryl L. Throckmorton Owner/Director, 324 Mt. Morris Road, P.O. Box 478 Mt. Morris, PA 15349, from noon-2 p.m., the time of the service, on Saturday, Feb. 5, with the Rev. Joseph Weaver officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Mount Morris, Pa. The family asks that memorials be made to the Mount Morris United Methodist Church
