Austin Lane Summers, 21, of Baxter, died Dec. 30, 2021.
He was born Jan. 31, 2000, in Morgantown, a son of Delbert Summers Jr., of Baxter, and Terri Dille Summers, of Core.
Mr. Summers worked as a carpenter and a handyman. He loved riding 4-wheelers and motorcycles, hunting and fishing. He was a typical boy and also had a love for animals.
Surviving in addition to his parents is one brother, Tucker Summers, and a sister, Olivia Summers, both of Core; his maternal grandparents, Lester and Margaret Dille, of Core, and paternal grandparents, Delbert and Donna Summers, of Baxter; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville, from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday.
Cremation will take place after the visitation period.
