Frank B. Stafford, 67, of Morgantown, passed away Dec. 5, 2021 at the Madison Center Nursing Home. He was born March 16, 1954, in Morgantown, the son of the late Everette and Loretta Stafford. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his wife, Emajean Stafford; his stepdaughters, Heather Page, Shelley Fox and Amanda Galik-Stopski; three grandchildren, T.J. Stopski, Reghan Fox and Trevor Page; nephew, Gary Swinburn; and brother Glenn Stafford.
Frank loved fishing and deer hunting and was a member of Hope Church. His family would like to thank the Madison Center and his nephew, Gary, for the personal care he received. Keeping with his wishes, he will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
