Raymond “Skip” Strahin, son of Raymond and the late Beulah Strahin, was born in Kingwood, on Oct. 31, 1957. He served in Desert Storm and lived in Warren Ohio. He died from complications of COVID at Mercy St. Joseph Warren Hospital on Nov. 28, 2021.
