Robert Eugene Sapp, 63, of Kingwood, died Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2021. He was born Sept. 11, 1958, in Kingwood, the son of the late Camden Ray and Ruby Elizabeth Metz Sapp. Family will receive friends at Browning Funeral Home in Kingwood, from 4-6 p.m. on Tuesday Oct. 19.
