Dottie Lou Webber, 74, of Core, entered into rest at home while in the company of her family on Friday, Oct. 8, 2021.
Dottie was born Sept. 3, 1947, in Morgantown, a daughter of the late Randolph “Buzzy” Price and Betty L. Price.
Dottie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt. She was a homemaker for many years and later a medical assistant until her retirement. Dottie was also a member of the River Church in Westover where she loved the Word of the Lord and was an Apostolic by Faith.
Dottie is survived by her children, Carl G. Webber Jr. and wife Kimberly, of Core, Michelle “Missy” Bowen and husband Thomas, of Core, Pamela Darling and husband Joseph, of Core, and Matthew Webber and wife Kelly, of Core; nine grandchildren: Tommy, Gabrielle and husband J.R., Briana and husband Tylor, Luke, Devin and wife Haley, Morgan, Kaitlin, Meridith and Reagan; three great-grandchildren, Raylee, Lane and one on the way, Audrianna; siblings, Danny Price and wife Sharon, Trudy Guiseppe and husband Kenny Sandy Glover and friend Jim Booth and Junior Price and wife Heidi; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Dottie was preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, Carl G. Webber Sr; and brother-in-law, Gorman Glover.
Friends may call the River Church, 4234 Dents Run Blvd., from 10 a.m. until the 1 p.m. service on Wednesday, Oct. 13, with Pastor Nathaniel Hudson officiating. Burial will follow at Beverly Hills Cemetery. McCulla Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
