Steven J. Weatherspoon, 69, of Osage, passed away Monday, Sept. 13, 2021, at Stonerise, of Morgantown.
Born Dec. 28th, 1951, in Morgantown, Steve was a son of the late Hugo and Mable Johnson Weatherspoon. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Michael John Weatherspoon.
Left to cherish his memory are his siblings Barbara Jean Woods, Paulette Jarrett, Robert Weatherspoon, Louise “Elaine” Sowell and Carolyn Harris; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside committal service will be held at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens, at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 30. Family and friends are asked to please meet at the cemetery no later than 10:50 a.m.
