Monongalia County Sheriff’s Department is looking for one person in connection with a body found in the back seat of a vehicle on Dry Run Road on July 5.
According to a release, Jessie Lee Young Jr. was found dead in a rear seat of a car in a remote area of Mon County.
An autopsy showed Young had died of an overdose of alcohol and cocaine.
Since then, investigators have discovered that Young had overdosed while doing drugs in an apartment with Mikkel McDougal, Sarah Sherman and Deaven I. Lamb.
None of them sought medical treatment, or provided any medical aid to Young, the release states.
Instead, the three, along with Isaiah Antonk, put Young’s body into a vehicle, drove it to Dry Run Road, staged the scene to look like a car accident and left in another vehicle, according to the release.
Police are still looking for Sherman and have a warrant out for her arrest in connection with the incident.
Lamb was located Wednesday using the alia Denver Lamb.
McDougal was arrested on Sept. 7 and charged with failure to render aid, concealment of a deceased human body, and conspiracy. He was arraigned and posted bond, which was set at $65,000, the release states.
Antok was arrested three days later and charged with concealment of a deceased human body and conspiracy. He is being held at North Central Regional Jail on $50,000 bond.
Any information related to this investigation or the whereabouts of Sherman and/or Lamb, contact the Monongalia County Sheriff’s Department, detective division, at 304-291-7260.
