Arthur Thomas Sandy, 86, went to be with Jesus Christ our savior, Tuesday, June 22, 2021, in Charlotte, N.C. He and his wife Betty spent their retirement in Williamstown and Beverly Hills, Fla., before moving to Charlotte, N.C., to be closer to family and senior care.
Arthur was a loving husband to his wife of 65 years, Elizabeth “Betty” Ann (Foor), who survives him.
