Hazel Pearl Yost, 81, formerly, of Hagans, passed away Sunday, April 11, 2021, at Henry Clay Villa in Markleysburg, Pa. Pearl was born Feb. 14, 1940, at Powells Mountain, a daughter of the late Granville Smith and Eleanor Gill Smith.
Pearl is survived by one son, Roger Yost; grandchildren, Hollie Yost and Claudia McIe; and great-granddaughter, Briana Yost.
Pearl’s brothers were Frank Smith, Otis Smith and Chuck Smith.
Pearl was preceded in death by her husband, James Yost; one daughter, Carol Sue Yost; and one son, James Arthur Yost.
Graveside services will be held at Arnettsville Cemetery, at 10 a.m., Thursday, April 15, with Pastor Rick Sharpless officiating. McCulla Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
