KINGWOOD – Preston High School Principal Carrie Pratt resigned Wednesday, according to Superintendent of Schools Stephen L. Wotring.
Wotring said assistant principal Pam Wilt will now act as interim principal. He said Wilt holds the most senior administrative position at the high school.
Pratt took over as principal in December 2020 after Steve Plum left to become the director of transportation for the school district.
“I would like to thank her for her time with us, and we wish her the very best,” Wotring said.
