- SB 634, to require that law-enforcement officers and correction officers be trained in appropriate interactions with individuals with autism spectrum disorders. Sen. Mike Caputo, D-Marion, lead sponsor; Sen. Bob Beach, D-Monongalia, co-sponsor.
- SB 638, to allow for one-button, straight-ticket voting. Sen. Randy Smith, R-Preston, co-sponsor.
- HB 3087, to allow teachers to retire five years early from the state public school system and to take employment in public charter school and to exempt charter school employment from disqualifying members from retirement benefits. Delegate Guy Ward, R-Marion, lead sponsor.
- HB 3090, to enact the Ban-the-Box Act, which prohibits public employers from asking applicants for employment to disclose information concerning the applicant’s criminal record or history, under certain circumstances.
