MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — The Trinity Christian School girls’ basketball team soundly defeated Wood County Christian, 58-12, on Tuesday, March 9.
Jac Smith led the Warriors (4-0) in scoring with 10 points. Sixteen of Trinity’s 24 baskets were assisted in the contest.
“For the second game in a row, we really struggled in our half court offense,” Trinity coach Mike Baldy said. “We’ll get back in the gym tomorrow and try to get it fixed.”
TCS will play again at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 11, at Valley (Wetzel).
