BLACKSVILLE, W.Va. — Despite a somewhat slow start, the Clay-Battelle High boys’ basketball team managed to pull away as the game progressed to cap off a 61-24 victory over Valley (Wetzel).
Gavin Moore led the Cee-Bees (2-0) in scoring with 14 points. Chase Ammons added 13 points, Mojo Chisler had 12 and Tanner Hennen netted 10.
C-B will play again at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 9, against Greenbrier West.
