Baby Liam Everett Lawson, full term infant son of Beth Anne Javins-Lawson and Tadd Allen Lawson, was stillborn on Feb. 26, 2021, at the Mon Health Medical Center. Liam was the answer to their prayers, and they waited for his birth with joyful expectation.
Liam will be remembered by his parents, Beth and Tadd; half-sister, Payton; maternal grandparents, Debra “Bunny” and Brooks Javins, of Morgantown; paternal grandparents, Rose Mary and Marlin Lawson, of Hazelton; maternal great-grandmothers Dorothy Hosey, of Morgantown, and Jeanne Javins, of South Charleston; paternal great-grandparents, Annabelle and Robert Lawson, of Cuzzart, and Mary E. Peaslee, of Kingwood; aunts and uncles, Amie Kuhn and husband Jeff, of Hazelton, Nick Lawson and wife Erin, of Hazelton, Suzanne Meyouhas, of Cyprus, and John Javins of Berlin, Germany; and two cousins Greyson Kuhn and Oliver Meyouhas.
Liam was preceded in death by maternal great-grandfathers, C.W. “Bill” Hosey and Bruce Javins; and paternal great-grandfathers, Charles Feather and Loye Peaslee.
The family will receive friends at the Suncrest United Methodist Church, 479 Van Voorhis Road, Morgantown, from 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 9, until the time of services at noon with Pastor Junius Lewis officiating. The Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home is honored to assist the family. Burial will follow at the Parnell Cemetery in Cuzzart.
All visitors will be required to properly wear a face covering and socially distance from other
households.
