Thomas Werner Koch, 66, a former resident of the Good Shepherd Health and Rehabilitation Center, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 7, 2021, at Pikeville Medical Center. He was born July 16, 1954, in Morgantown, a son of the late Christian L. and Inge Knieph Koch.
Thomas worked as a chemical engineer.
He is survived by one brother, John B Koch, of Alexandria, Va., and his fellow residents at the Good Shepherd Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Cremation will take place and no services are scheduled.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Jones & West Funeral Home of Phelps, Ky.
