- SB 477, the West Virginia Children’s Vision Act, requiring school children to have vision examinations. Sen. Mike Caputo, D-Marion, co-sponsor.
- SB 489, s to return to the Division of Highways the sales tax collected from contractors for materials used in highways construction and maintenance projects. Sen. Charles Clements, R-Wetzel, lead sponsor; Sen. Randy Smith, R-Tucker, co-sponsor.
- SB 504, to authorize legislative review of any executive order issued by the U.S. President. Smith, co-sponsor.
