MORGANTOWN – Here is a sampling of bills and resolutions introduced Thursday, Feb. 25. Local lead sponsors and co-sponsors, if any, are noted.
- SB 445, to restore the film tax credit program.
- SB 448, to provide an option for certain governments to extend the term of a tax increment financing district to Dec. 31, 2050, if tax increment financing obligations were issued for that district prior to or during the COVID-19 pandemic.
- SB 454, to require the Division of Highways to provide the public with access to road maps for offline viewing, and to allow those website users to annotate map notes with comments and reports on road and surface conditions.
- HB 2761, to require the DOH to review impacts on roadways by activities permitted by the Department of Environmental Protection an condition permits on remedial work if necessary.
