- HB 2657, to modify the definition of hazing to address any type of organization whose members include students at any public or private institution of higher education. Delegate Danielle Walker, D-Monongalia, lead sponsor; Delegate Evan Hansen, D-Monongalia, co-sponsor.
- HB 2685, to create a Special Business and Resident Incubator Permit for Agriculture Hemp and medical cannabis seed producers. Walker, sponsor.
- HB 2698, to make it illegal to discriminate based on hair texture or hair style. Walker, lead sponsor; Hansen, co-sponsor.
- HB 2708, to require insurance coverage of non-insulin drugs for people with diabetes. Delegate Barbara Evans Fleischauer, D-Monongalia, co-sponsor.
- SB 404, to create a statutory fee for the modifications to permits issued by the Department of Environmental Protection’s Office of Oil and Gas. Sen. Randy Smith, R-Tucker, lead sponsor.
- SB 408, Randy’s Dream, to create the Special Road Repair Fund as a sub-account of the state Road Fund, and other measures. Smith, sponsor.
- SB 416, to enact the Fetal Heartbeat Act, to prohibit abortions when a fetal heartbeat is detected, with exceptions. Smith, lead sponsor.
- HB 2693, to terminate the Human Rights Commission and other similar commissions enacted by political subdivisions.
