Phyllis “Sue” Jean Nethken, 67, passed away Saturday, Feb. 13, 2021, at United Hospital Center in Bridgeport. Sue was born in Morgantown on April 11, 1953, a daughter of the late Arnold and Edith Wolfe Stiles.
Sue enjoyed spending time with her friends and family, but her greatest joy came from her granddaughter, Addison.
Sue is survived by her husband, Franklin “Frank” Nethken; son, Chris Nethken and wife Natalie, of Flemington; granddaughter, Addison Nethken; and sister, Donna Brutto.
In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by several brothers and one sister.
Graveside services will be held at Bethel Cemetery at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2021, with Pastor Dan Meadows officiating. McCulla Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
