Everett Harold Jefferys, 91, of Tunnelton, (Campground Road) passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2021, at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born on Sept. 21, 1929, in (Howesville) Tunnelton, son of the late June Harold Zugar and Mae Jefferys.
Family and friends will be received at Bolyard Funeral Home, 79 Morgantown St., Newburg, from 11 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 14 until the service at 1 p.m. with Pastor Terry Wilt officiating with proper distancing and face mask required. Interment will follow at the Shay’s Chapel Cemetery, where military graveside rites will be conducted by the Preston County Honor Guard and the US Army.
