Betty S. Bell, 95, of Rowlesburg, died Friday, Dec. 18, 2020, at her home.
Friends may call at the Rotruck-Lobb Kingwood Chapel from 11 a.m.-3 p.m., the time of the funeral service, Tuesday, Dec. 22 with the Rev. Frances J. McCoy and the Rev. Ellen Rowan officiating. Memorial donations in her name can be made to Rowlesburg Volunteer Ambulance Service P.O. Box 428 Rowlesburg, WV 26425. Entombment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens in Kingwood.
