Freda May Reel, 76, of Morgantown, formerly of Tunnelton, passed away Sunday, Dec. 13, 2020, at Morgantown Health and Rehabilitation.
Freda was born in Waynesburg, Pa., on Oct. 17, 1944, a daughter of the late Edward and Mary Jane (Eddy) Wise.
Freda is survived by her best friend and husband of 36 years, Charles Edward Reel, of Morgantown; two brothers, Charles Eddy and Pat, of Brave, Pa., and Clarence “Tucker” Wise, of Pennsylvania; three sisters, including Betty Wise, all of Pennsylvania; a brother-in-law, Roger “John” Reel, of Masontown, W.Va.; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother and six sisters.
Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home in Masontown, W.Va., from 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 17, 2020, until the 3 p.m. service time at the Field Funeral Home with the Rev. Dr. David Spence officiating. Interment will be in Masontown Cemetery.
Due to COVID-19, safety precautions will be taken, the social distancing six-foot rule will be honored and all guests, whose health allows, are to wear a mask. For the safety of everyone, we politely ask that visitors do not linger at the funeral home after seeing the Reel family.
