Douglas Franklin Stump, 55, of Waynesburg formerly of Mt. Morris, Pa., died at 1:48 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 6, 2020, at the J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
He was born Thursday, Sept. 30, 1965, in Waynesburg, Pa. A son of Bernard F. Stump, of Mt. Morris, Pa. and the late Joanna Marie Stoneking Stump.
Doug loved sports and rock ‘n’ roll music.
In addition to his Father he is survived by three sisters: Deborah J. Stump, of Mt. Morris, Pa., Sandy Fenstermacher and her husband Steve, of Waynesburg, Pa., Sherry Morris, and her husband Douglas, of Fairmont, five brothers: Brian K. Stump and his wife Michelle, Larry Thomas, Joe Thomas and Dave Thomas, all of Waynesburg, Pa., and Dennis Thomas, of Uniontown, Pa; his best friend, Tina Riggi; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation and services will be private for the family with Pastor James Galbraith officiating. Milliken and Throckmorton FH, Inc. Daryl L. Throckmorton Owner/Director, 324 Mt. Morris Road, P.O. Box 478 Mt. Morris, PA 15349 have been entrusted with his arrangements. Private burial will be in the Cedar Grove Cemetery, Mt. Morris, PA.
