Victor Scott Hall, 59, passed away Sunday, Sept. 20, 2020, after a yearlong battle with cancer.
Victor was born April 4, 1961, a son to the late Arthur and Phoebe Hall. Victor graduated from Morgantown High School in 1979, where he played the tuba in the marching band.
He served in the U.S. Army, where his most memorable time was spent in Germany. In 1997, he took off for Miami, Fla., until he returned back to Morgantown with his brother.
Victor was a true Pittsburgh Steeler fan and followed the WVU Mountainers.
Victor is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Carl, and is survived by his twin brother, Vincent and wife Barbara; two daughters; 11 grandchildren; and his good friend, Mike Donovan.
There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
