The Black Lives Matter crosswalk at the intersection of Arch and Green streets in Morgantown’s Greenmont neighborhood is complete.
Ash Cutright, president of Morgantown Pride and a member of the Morgantown Human Rights Commission, helped lead the project, along with Del. Danielle Walker, D-Monongalia, Morgantown/Kingwood NAACP President Jerry Carr and Samm Norris, an activist and organizer with Solidarity for Equality and Compassion.
The crosswalk is paid for by the city and was installed by the city’s public works department.
