Michael Anthony Newbraugh, 57, of Morgantown, passed away Sunday, Oct. 18, 2020 at Heritage Valley in beavers Falls, Pa. He was born in Morgantown on May 19, 1963, son of the late Earl and Flora Newbraugh Sr.
Mike worked for Winans Services, enjoyed watching football, especially the Steelers and West Virginia University football games, and being with his family.
He is survived by seven children, Erin Newbraugh, of Morgantown, Aryahnna Newbraugh, of Indiana, Desirae Walker, of Fairmont, Chad Newbraugh (Ashley), of Morgantown, Preston Newbraugh (Alexis), of Indiana, Zayne Newbraugh, of Indiana, and Trent Newbraugh, of Morgantown; six grandchildren, R.J., Destiny, Aubrey, Leah, Colton and Royatly and Sylas is on the way; two brothers, Earl Newbraugh Jr. and Tommy Newbraugh, both of Morgantown; one loving brother-in-law, Roy Smallwood Sr.; one sister, Brenda Stefanick, of Morgantown; girlfriend of 18 years, Sheila Welton; and three very special friends, Aundra Hood, Donny Hood and Danny Cutwright; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Carol Smallwood, and one brother, Harry “Butch” Newbraugh.
At his request, he will be cremated. All services will be private. Memorial donations can be made to his funeral care fund on his memorial website. Bartlett Funeral Home, Graton, is honored to serve the Newbraugh family.
