MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — The Morgantown High volleyball team faced Bridgeport and Robert C. Byrd in a tri-match Thursday. MHS lost to Bridgeport in three sets by scores of 26-24, 15-25 and 17-25. It beat Robert C. Byrd in two sets by scores of 25-23 and 25-18.
Alayna Corwin led the Mohigans with 19 kills and seven digs. Ella Voorhees notched 25 digs and two aces. Issy Gruesecky had five kills, four blocks and one ace. Grace Washburn had four kills, three blocks and one ace.
