Martha Helen Metz, 77, of Fairmont Road, Morgantown, passed away Thursday, Sept. 29, 2020, at her home. She was born Sept. 30, 1942 in Morgantown, a daughter of the late Everett Metz and Susie Brown Metz.
Martha was a loving and great mother. She enjoyed being a homemaker and was a good pepperoni roll maker.
Martha is survived by one son, Frank Metz, and one sister, Mable Wagner.
Martha was preceded in death by one son, George Metz; three sisters, Viola Metz, Margaret Teasdale and Mildred King; and four brothers, Junior, James, Willis and William Metz.
Graveside services will be held at Nicholson Chapel Cemetery at 11 am Friday, Oct. 2 with Chaplain Nathan Goodin presiding. McCulla Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
