Eva Mae Skidmore, 92, of Morgantown, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2020, at Mon Health Medical Center. She was born May 26, 1928, in Chaplin, a daughter of the late John and Nancy King Bryan.
Eva was a devout Christian and cherished worshipping the Lord.
She is survived by her sons, John Russell, of Point Marion, Pa., Wes Skidmore, of Charlotte, N.C.; daughter Patricia Turner of Morgantown; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; many nieces and nephews; and special friend and caregiver Sandy McGilton.
In addition to her parents, Eva was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Skidmore, and her brother, Tom Bryan.
Honoring Eva’s wishes, a graveside service will be held at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens at noon Monday, Sept. 28.
