Joseph “Joe” Lynn McGinnis, 66, of Kingwood, passed away on Monday, Sept. 14, 2020. He was born Sept. 27, 1953, in Grafton, son of the late Jack Duane and Clarissa Adaline Phillips McGinnis.
Family and friends will be received at the Bolyard Funeral Home, 79 Morgantown St. Newburg from 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 18, until the time of The Celebration of Life Service at 7:30 p.m. with proper social distancing and face mask required. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Newburg Alumni Association PO Box 97, Newburg, WV 26410 or a charity of your choice.
