Sharon Louise Gray, 58, of Pursglove, passed away Friday, Sept. 4, 2020, at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born in Morgantown on April 4, 1962, the daughter of Mary Louise Pancoast and the late Floyd Raymond Pancoast.
Sharon graduated from University High School. She worked as manager of a local hotspot called Coffee and Tanning. She enjoyed riding on the side-by-sides, playing cards, playing video lottery and being with family.
She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Robert Lee Gray; her children, Joey LaMottie and girlfriend Katie, of Fairmont, Joni LaMottie and boyfriend Bobo, of Rivesville, and Tommy LaMottie, of Morgantown; grandchildren, Chelsea, Rylie and Zoey LaMottie; adopted grandchildren, Dezirae and Autumn Luzader; siblings, Paula Wyatt and husband Sam, of Maidsville, Terri Bowser and husband Tim, of Morgantown, Lisa Collins and husband Roger, of Pursglove, and Bubby Pancoast and wife Malissa, of Jere.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandmother, Ruby M. Shaffer, and ex-husband, Charles J. LaMottie Sr.
Cremation services will be provided by Hastings Funeral Home, Omega Crematory and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
