Juanita Snow, 91, of Morgantown, peacefully passed away Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2020. She was surrounded by her loving family. Juanita was born on Aug. 2, 1929, in the state of Mississippi.
Juanita was a housewife and a loving mother. She was an amazing cook. She loved to read, and she had a talent for sewing.
She is survived by her son Christopher Snow and her brother Jack Barnett.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wade Snow Sr.; son, Wade Snow Jr.; daughter, Iona Snow; and brother, James Barnett.
Visitation will be held at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 4 and again from 10 a.m. Saturday until time of services at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Claudette Dale officiating. Juanita will be laid to rest at the East Oak Grove Cemetery. The family kindly requests all guests please observe the CDC’s recommended face covering and social distancing regulations.
