Charles Brown, 80, residing in Morgantown, passed away peacefully Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2020.
He was born March 3, 1940 in Charleston, S.C., a son of the late Ruth and Mannie Walker.
He leaves behind many family and friends who will miss him dearly.
He was a people person and loved his dogs. He dedicated 22 years of his life to Prospect Park in New York City; Forestry Division.
Family and friends may call at Smith Funeral & Cremation Care, 108 Holland Ave., Westover / Morgantown, where the viewing will be from 1-3 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7.
