Nellie G. Tennant, 82, of Bula, died Wednesday, July 29, 2020. She was born Aug. 19, 1937, a daughter of the late Simon and Esta Moore.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Harlen Tennant; stepsons, Steve and Joe; step-grandson, Joe Jr.; and step-great-grandson, Joey; brothers, Bobby Moore and Worley Moore; and a sister, Linda Sue Moore.
Nellie was a wonderfully talented quilter. She was loved by many and will be missed by all.
Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville from noon until the service hour at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. with the Evangelist Steve Snider officiating. Interment will follow the service.
