Betty H. Reynolds, 86, of Acworth, Ga. passed away July 12, 2020. She was born on April 25, 1933, in Morgantown. She was a Christian by faith. She worked as a medical technologist for more than 15 years at West Virginia University but had since retired.
She is survived by her children, Rena Lynn Taylor and her husband Brady, of Naples, Fla.; Gwynn Horton and her husband Joe II, of Acworth, Ga.; Val E. Reynolds Jr. and his wife Jackie, of Morgantown; six grandchildren: Nicole Buchan and her husband Wes, Taylor Surin and her husband Alex, Whitney Donaldson and her husband Jeremy, Joe Horton III, Justin Reynolds and his wife Kayla and Matthew Reynolds; four great-grandchildren; and two nephews.
Mrs. Reynolds was preceded in death by her husband, Val Edgar Reynolds, and her parents, Harry and Nina Wyatt Hicks.
In accordance to Mrs. Reynolds’ wishes, her body was cremated and no services are planned at this time.
Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, Ga., is in charge of arrangements.
