Charlotte Lee Green, 62, previously of Morgantown, passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2020, at her residence. She was born on Aug. 20, 1957, in Philippi, the daughter of Bonnie Bell Ruby (Teter) Childers and the late Lawrence Dale Childers.
Charlotte resided in Mt. Morris, Pa., for the past 12 years. She grew up in Clarksburg, and attended and graduated from Washington Irving High School in Clarksburg. She went on to attend Fairmont State College from 1975-1977, where she successfully earned her Associates of Science Degree and Registered Nurse License.
She enjoyed a long successful career in nursing, management, sales/marketing, and consulting in the healthcare industry which included working as an assistance nurse manager, employee health nurse, pharmaceutical sales representative, case manager for children with special health care needs, as well as Social Services Director with the WV DHHR. Up until her passing, she worked as a Clinical Nurse Liaison for Right At Home and BioScrip Infusion Services.
Charlotte was Christian by faith and occasionally attended the Greater Love Family Outreach Ministries and was a volunteer for the Make-a-Wish Foundation of North Central, WV.
She is survived by her loving mother, Bonnie Childers; son, Todd Stewart; stepson, Todd Green; stepdaughter, Tricia Suschak; grandchildren, Travis Stewart and Connor Green; and siblings: Cindy Weaver, Brenda Clemente, and Dale Childers.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Gary Michael Stewart, and second husband, James Leroy Green.
Family and friends will be received at Greater Love Family Outreach Ministries, 275 Canyon Road, Morgantown, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, July 15. Private services will be held at a later date with Pastor Junius Lewis officating. She will be buried along with her second husband, James Leroy Green.
Although guests are invited to come visit, it is required, per the Governor and CDC pandemic guidelines, that all visitors wear face masks and practice social distancing.
